Field Directions
Bretton Woods Country Club-MD :
495 to River Road West. Go about 20 mins, lots of lights
and low speed limit. You will see signs on your left for the Club. Go thru
gate then turn left again and follow signs towards soccer fields/tennis
courts. Cell coverage at field is bad, give yourself plenty of time. If you
get to Seneca Road you just missed it.

Lawerence Turf Field:
At intersection of Rte. 28 Sully Road & Rte. 66W; 495
exit 49 northbound 49A/C, to I66 West to Rte. 28N (Chantilly exit), Stay
to the right on Sully Road (28)go 3/4 mile, field on Left . You will see the
fields, turn at the next light. Less then one mile off 66.
Georgetown
University :
From
Virginia :
1. From I-66 (after 9:00 a.m. ): take I-66 east to the Rosslyn - Key Bridge
exit. Stay in left lane and follow signs to Key Bridge . Cross Key Bridge ,
staying in second lane from left. Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in right lane.
Bear right into campus.
2. From I-395: take
I-395 north. Exit Washington Blvd. and follow signs to Rosslyn and Key Bridge
. Cross Key Bridge , staying in second lane from left. Turn left onto Canal
Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right into campus.
3. From Rte. 50
Eastbound: Follow Rte. 50 east and take Rosslyn - Key Bridge exit. Follow
signs to Key Bridge . Cross Key Bridge , staying in second lane from left.
Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right into campus.
4. From George
Washington Parkway (after 9 a.m. ): Take the G-W Parkway south . Exit Key
Bridge . Cross Key Bridge , staying in second lane from left. Turn left onto
Canal Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right into campus
From Maryland : 1. From I-270: take
I-270 south toward Washington . Exit Rte. 355 Wisconsin Ave. south to
Reservoir Rd. Turn right. Turn left at Entrance 1, just past 38th St .
2. From I-95: take
I-95 south to I-495 west to Silver Spring . Exit Rte. 355 Wisconsin Ave. south
to Washington . Take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. Turn right. Turn
left at Entrance 1, just past 38th St .
3. From
Baltimore-Washington Parkway or Rte. 50 Westbound: take B-W Parkway or Rte. 50
west to New York Ave. Take New York Ave. to L St. Bear right. Turn left on
10th St. and then right on K St. Follow K St. to Whitehurst Freeway. Turn left
onto Canal Rd. Stay in right lane. Bear right into campus.
From DC: 1. From Northwest
Washington: take Wisconsin Ave. south to Reservoir Rd. , turn right. Turn left
at Entrance 1, just past 38th St .
2. From Southeast
Washington: take Pennsylvania Ave. West to Independence Ave. Bear left. Take
Independence to 12th St., N.W. , and turn right. Take 12th St. to K St. and
turn left. Follow K St. to Whitehurst Freeway. Turn left onto Canal Rd. Stay
in right lane. Bear right into campus.
3. From Northeast
Washington: take Rhode Island Ave. west until it feeds into M St. Take M St.
through Georgetown and past the Key Bridge . Stay in right lane. Bear right
into campus.
Georgetown
University Training Sessions:
From
Virginia : Go over KEY bridge to Georgetown , take a
left at end of bridge onto M St/Canal Rd. Bear right at first two lights
and name of road will change to Foxhall. Take a right (merge) onto
Reservoir Rd. Pass some town houses and then a park on your right, then
take a right into first driveway after the park area. Drive up the
driveway and park as it forces to turn left. The field is right above
you and you will see the lights, walk around and up to the left side along the
buildings and up the walk ramp to the field. If you come before 8 PM ,
you may get a ticket. If you are worried about that, park on Reservoir
Rd and walk up.
From
NW DC: Take Fox hall Rd. South until you get to
intersection of Reservoir Rd and Fox hall, take a LEFT. Pass some town
houses and then a park on your right, then take a right into first driveway
after the park area. Drive up the driveway and park as it forces to turn
left. The field is right above you and you will see the lights, walk
around and up to the left side along the buildings and up the walk ramp to the
field. If you come before 8 PM , you may get a ticket. If you are
worried about that, park on Reservoir Rd and walk up.
Hutchinson -(Herndon,
VA)
From
DC,
take Dulles Toll road all the way to Centreville Raod/Herndon exit (#10), and
take a right at the exit heading north into Herndon. Take a left at the first light
(Parcher Ave) and fields are immediately on the left. Park along the road.
Field #2 is the field to the left from the street, furthest from the parking
lot.
Mason District Park:
495 exit 52B, (236) out Little River Tnpk. 1-1/2 miles to John Marr (SEE
K-Mart) Turn Left; go to light, turn Right onto Columbia Pike (244) Go 1 mile
to park entry on Right, field #1 in front on Right as you enter park, back
field #2 behind basketball courts

Discovery Sports Center/Maryland SoccerPlex 18031 Central Park Circle Boyds,

Directions to the SoccerPlex: 1. Take I-495 to I-270 North towards Frederick.
2. Take I-270 to exit 15B (Route 118Germantown) 3. Stay on Route 118 about 2.8
miles to Richter Farm Road and turn right. 4. Take Richter Farm Road to
Schaeffer Road and turn left. 5. The SoccerPlex entrance is 0.3 miles on your
right
Poplar Tree Park:
495 new exit 49 northbound 49A/C, old exit 9A/C 66W to exit 55A (Fairfax
County Pkwy) Go to traffic light & L onto Fair Lakes Pkwy, go to end. R on
Stringfellow Rd pk entrance on L. OR: From route 50 (outside beltway) L on
Stringfellow, past H.S. past Rocky Run to park on right
RFK Stadium -
Auxiliary Field (Close to parking lot 7):
From
Baltimore Washington Parkway South towards DC: Take the Kenilworth
Ave. exit. Then take the East Capitol St. exit, go around RFK
Stadium, and bear right onto C Street. The field is on the right at
Oklahoma Ave. & C Street NE.
From
I-95 North:
Take I-95 North until it changes to 395 North (Southwest Freeway) and cross
the Potomac River. Once past the Maine Avenue exit, stay in the
left lane of the freeway. I-395 will exit to the right to the Capitol and
Senate buildings. DO NOT FOLLOW I-395 NORTH; stay left for the stadium.
Proceed straight ahead in the left lanes to the exit at Sixth Street Southeast
and Navy Yard. At bottom of the ramp go left at traffic light onto Sixth
Street. Stay on 6th Street for .5 miles to Independence Avenue. Turn Right
onto Independence Ave. and stay on Independence for 1.1 miles to 19th Street.
Turn Left onto 19th Street and travel one block to East Capitol Street. You DO
NOT turn Right on East Capitol to the stadium. Stay on 19th for two more
blocks and turn Right onto C Street. Proceed straight ahead in the left lane
and go left at next traffic light onto Oklahoma Avenue. Auxiliary fields are on
your right.
From
I-66 and Constitution Avenue: Follow Constitution East past the Capitol
to Maryland Ave. Turn left on Maryland and go two blocks to Stanton Square. At
Stanton Square, turn right onto Massachusetts Ave. On Massachusetts, follow
directions as from Union Station.
From
Union Station:
Go East from Union Station along Massachusetts Avenue. Continue past Stanton
Square on Massachusetts to Lincoln Park (at 12th Street). Go around Lincoln
Park to East Capitol Street and turn right onto East
Capitol. Follow East Capitol and Turn Left onto 19th Street. Stay on 19th for
two blocks and turn Right onto C Street. Proceed straight ahead in the left
lane and go left at next traffic light onto Oklahoma Avenue. Auxiliary fields
are on your right.
From
the Stadium Access Road (which circles RFK Stadium): Stay to the left past
the 295 bridge exit, then fork right onto C Street NE (the fork is just before
the Access Road passes Lot 4). At the next intersection, turn right
onto Oklahoma Avenue, and another immediate right into the RFK Auxiliary Field
parking lot.
To
RFK via MetroRail:
Take the Metro Orange/Blue Line to the Stadium/Armory Stop. Walk north on 19th
Street past East Capitol Street (Stadium will be off to the right). Turn right
on D street NE, cross Oklahoma Ave, RFK Auxiliary fields will
be straight ahead.
South Run #6
-(Springfield, VA)
Beltway I-495 toward Springfield to I-95 South, immediately get in right lane and
take first exit to Rt 644 Old Kean Mill Road go west approx 4 miles to left on
Huntsman Drive (in midst of residential area) continue on Huntsman to right on
Fairfax County Parkway go 400 hundreds park is on y our left or I-66 west to
Rt # 123 south past Fairfax County Courthouse on right and past George Mason
University left, when Rt 123 intersects with Fairfax COunty Parkway go
south/east on Parkway, after 3-5 miles Park is on your right.
OR
Take Beltway Exit 54A which is Braddock Road west. Turn left on Burke Lake
Road and left again on Lee Chapel Road. Turn left on Fairfax County Parkway
and follow to the park entrance on the right.
South Run Park:
495 new exit 54B, old exit 4C I-95 south to Springfield exit. Take Old Keene
Mill Road (644) west for 5 miles, turn left on Huntsman Boulevard (½ mile past
Rolling Road). Go 2 miles to traffic light, turn right on Fairfax County
Parkway (AKA Pohick Road). Park entrance is 50 yards on the left. OR: take
Springfield exit at Old Keene Mill Road west. Stay on Old Keene Mill Road for
approx. 6 miles, turn left on Lee Chapel Road. Follow until Fairfax County
Parkway (AKA :Pohick Road). Turn left on parkway and fields are on right. OR:
from Fairfax City - take route 123 south to Fairfax County Parkway (AKA Pohick
Road under construction). Follow Lee Chapel; fields are on right.
St. Johns College
High School -Washington, DC
North on Connecticut Ave Right on Military Road (heading East) First left turn
after 27th Street St John College High will be on right as you turn left.
Trinity College -(Washington,
DC)
From
Virginia : Take the 14th Street Bridge and continue
onto I-395. Continue on I-395 North until it ends at New York Ave. Make a
right on New York Avenue . Make a right onto First street . There should be a
sign indicating it will take you to North Capitol Street . Turn left on North
Capitol Street . Continue to the intersection of North Capitol and Michigan
Avenue . Turn right on Michigan Avenue . Go 1/4 Mile, pass 1st Light, Trinity
College will be on your right hand side. Pass a big building on the right with
a circular driveway and take your next Right (it looks like
driveway/construction entrance -- if you pass a 2nd traffic light on Michigan
, you have gone too far.) Follow that driveway to bottom of the hill and park
in the parking lot. Field is next to parking lot.
From Maryland : Take the Beltway to
the Georgia Avenue exit. Proceed south on Georgia Avenue to Blair Road and
turn left. Follow Blair Road into the District where it becomes North Capitol
Street (just north of the New Hampshire Avenue intersection). Follow North
Capitol to the intersection of North Capitol and Taylor and bear left on
Taylor . Proceed on Taylor to Harewood and turn right. Follow Harewood to
Michigan Avenue and turn left.
Metro : take the Red line to Brookland/Catholic
University. Come off the metro and turn right onto Michigan Avenue . Trinity
is 2 blocks on your left.
Wakefield Park
-(Annandale, VA)
From the Beltway (495), exit at Braddock Road - West, and take immediate right
into Wakefield Park and field is towards the rear on the left.
Word of Grace at Redskin Drive # 1
Redskin Park is in the southern part of Herndon. If you are coming from the
Dulles Toll Road or Rt. 7, take 28 South and make a left onto McLearan Road
(at the hotel with the fountain about 2 lights south of the Toll Road). If you
are coming from Rt. 66 or Rt. 50 or other points south of Herndon, take Rt. 28
North and turn right onto McLearan. Make your first left onto Townview. Make
your second left onto Redskin Drive. The field is behind the Church of God.
